Broadway Performances Suspended
Those holding tickets for performances through September 6, 2020 will receive an e-mail from their point of purchase with information regarding exchanges or refunds. Any customers holding tickets through September 6 that have not received an e-mail by May 18 should reach out to their point of purchase for information regarding exchanges or refunds.

If you purchased tickets as part of a Group: please contact your Group Sales Agent for more information regarding refunds or exchanges. Please retain your original tickets until you speak with the Group Sales Agent.
The Gershwin Theatre box office is closed until further notice. If you purchased at the box office with a credit card, your refund is being processed, and your credit card will be refunded by June 30. If you purchased by credit card at the box office and you do not receive a refund by June 30, please mail your original tickets to Nederlander Organization, 1501 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10036 ATTN: Gershwin Theatre. When you mail the tickets back, please include the same credit card number that was used to make the original purchase. If you paid by cash, please include your name and address and a check will be mailed to you.
