Broadway Performances Suspended\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\nThose holding tickets for performances through January 3, 2021 will receive an e-mail from their point of purchase with information regarding refunds. Any customers holding tickets through January 3 that have not received an e-mail by July 6 should reach out to their point of purchase for information regarding refunds.<\/span><\/p>\n
Wicked is currently in the process of refunding all affected group orders in the coming days and weeks. If you have not received an email by July 31, please contact your Group Sales Agent for more information regarding refunds. Please retain your original tickets until you speak with the Group Sales Agent.<\/p>\n
The Gershwin Theatre box office is closed until further notice. If you purchased at the box office with a credit card, your refund is being processed, and your credit card will be refunded by June 30. If you purchased by credit card at the box office and you do not receive a refund by June 30, please mail your original tickets to Nederlander Organization, 1501 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10036 ATTN: Gershwin Theatre. When you mail the tickets back, please include the same credit card number that was used to make the original purchase. Digital Lottery<\/strong><\/h3>\nA limited number of tickets are available through the digital lottery for select performances, which opens at 8:00pm the day prior and remains open until 10:00am (for matinees) and 2pm (for evenings) on the day of the performance when winners are drawn. Tickets are $49 each for Tuesday-Friday performances, plus Sunday evenings. Tickets are $59 each for Saturday matinees and evenings, plus Sunday matinees. Prices include $2 facility fee.<\/span><\/p>\n
Winners will be notified by email shortly after each drawing and will have 60 minutes to pay for their tickets with a credit card online. Tickets can be picked up at the Gershwin theatre box office 30 minutes prior to showtime.<\/span>\u00a0Photo ID is required for pickup, and seat locations awarded are subject to availability.
